Turning Tables
Wengler partnered with Lights to design a groundbreaking immersive dining experience that transcended traditional fine dining. Blending gastronomy, light, sound, and storytelling, each course transported guests to a fictional planet within a sensory, narrative-driven journey. Developed in close collaboration with Chef Louis Linster, the dramaturgy of the show was synchronized with the rhythm of the kitchen, creating a dialogue between culinary and scenographic composition. The result was a living performance, a choreography of perception where food, space, and emotion converged into a single artistic gesture. Set in the year 3000, the dinner imagined a world where Earth had become uninhabitable, inviting guests to explore new worlds inspired by themes of collapse, regeneration, and adaptation.
